5. Why aren't my students getting Tanya missions?
There are 2 "parts" to the Tanya campaign.
The regular Tanya Baal Peh is the mission, to learn X amount of Tanya by heart per week, did not start yet. When the campaign is launched, we will explain to the base commanders how it works.
In the meantime, the Tanya Baal Peh Bonus is only bonus tasks. Those are the tasks that are on the mission sheets (as of now) and there is no icon/star there because it's not a mission task.
To clarify - the tasks that are on the mission sheets are bonus tasks, the mission task has not been launched yet. Therefore there is no icon/star and therefore the children do not receive Tanya stickers yet, (only miles) even though the stickers are in the sticker books (ignore them).
6. How can I create a report of which missions my students completed?
To create a report of which children completed missions go to >Reports > Create >Create your own miles and stats report.
Army Wide Campaigns: Check all
Base Campaigns: Leave all unchecked
Show Columns: Check missions, uncheck rank
Sort by: Class, then name
Start date: Put in the date that you want to begin the report. (To view children who have been active so far
this year, put in Rosh Hashana as the start date. To view children who did this weeks mission, i.e. to give out stickers, put in the first day of the week (Sunday) as the start date.)
End date: Put in the date that you want the report to end. (As above, you may put in todays date, or the last day of the week (Shabbos).)
If youd only like to view registered soldiers click Registered Soldiers Only.
Press GO.
Note: the dates pull up the missions of those dates, not the dates that the data entry was done.
7. How can I track vouchers that did not print properly or were lost?
Note: always make sure to scan vouchers before giving the child the pictures so the system (and you) knows that the pictures were received.
Go to >Base Management >Show/Cash existing soldiers vouchers.
You can choose to view:
Choose what you want to view and press Go
Any line that does not have a scan date has never been scanned/cashed, meaning the child never received the pictures. To scan those vouchers, simply click on the scan code (the blue number).
Before you scan them, make a list of which children need to revived pictures and how many, based on the vouchers without a scan date.
8. How can I view vouchers that are waiting to be printed?
Go to >Base Management >Create soldiers vouchers.
On the right side of the page you will see squares. Each square is a voucher that is ready to withdarw/print. To print and cash this voucher, simply click on the box. This will make the withdraw disappear on the childs kiosk account.
Before you click the squares, make a list of which children need to revived pictures and how many, based on the amount of available vouchers.
9. How do I set up ladders and years?
Go to >Setup Guide >Step 8: Put students on correct ladders. You can choose a platoon and a subject (campaign) or view all.
Your students should all be on ladder 1 for all campaigns (besides WWTC where there are 10 ladders) its the years that set the level of the mission.
The years correspond to the age of the child. The suggested level of missions are as follows:
Year 6 - Pre 1 a
Year 7- 1st grade
Year 8 - 2nd grade
Year 9 - 3rd grade
Year 10 - 4th grade
Year 11 - 5th grade
Year 12 - 6th grade
Year 13 - 7th grade
Year 14 - 8th grade
If a mission is too easy for a child, you can put them up a year or two.
