Yud Nissan Rally Info

This rally will last an hour, rally will begin at 10:30 AM.

Keep in mind that after the rally is the time to give out any rank cards, rank books and medals that kids earned since last rally (Yud Adar II).

Medals and Promotions Earned
To see which children earned medals or went up in rank go to:
> Base Management > Mark Ranks and Medals as Received
Keep "Subject" "Platoon" and "Soldier" as ALL.

Put in last cutoff date: "Chof Zayin Adar I"
To this cutoff date: "Chof Daled Adar II"
Press GO.

Note: This will give you a report of which kids earned medals or went up in rank since last cutoff date and well as the report you need to take promotion pictures.

Important: After you have given out the medals and promotions, be sure to mark it off (in the "Mark Ranks and Medals as received" link), so you keep track what was given out.

To launch the rally:

• Log onto tzivoshashem.org/rally
• Connect computer to projector so your students can see the screen.
• Live rally will begin at 10:30 AM EST
• Press F11 to hide internet browser.
• When rally begins, right click on the screen, press zoom/full screen
