Promotion Pictures

Every Tzivos Hashem rally has a slide presentation including all the children that have been promoted since the last rally.

There is a separate slide for each rank, that will include the number of children that have been promoted in your school and a GROUP picture of those children.

What you need to do:

1. Create a report of which Chayolim went up in rank since the last rally cutoff date so you will know who to take pictures of.
To create the report, go to:
> Base Management > Mark Ranks and Medals as Received
Keep "Subject" "Platoon" and "Soldier" as ALL.

Put in last cutoff date: "Chof Iyar"
To this cutoff date: "Vov Cheshvon"
Press GO.
Any child who has been promoted needs to be in a picture.

2.Send us 5 GROUP pictures, including your:

a) Sergeants
b) Sergeant Majors
c) Second Lieutenants
d) First Lieutenants
e) Captains

How to take the picture:

Gather all promoted sergeants in front of your Tzivos Hashem billboard and give them a sergeant rank book to hold, take a group picture. Then do the same for all the other ranks.

Please note:

a) Although the privates will appear on your report, there is no need to take pictures of those children (i.e. new children) as they will not be included in the slide show.
b) After you take the picture, collect the rank books as they are to be awarded by the Rally.

In order for us to include your pictures they must be sent in by Wednesday, Yud Beis Cheshvon, November 9.
